Samuel L Jackson celebrated his 74th birthday yesterday, and part of his festivities was scrolling through Twitter – no shame there, we do it on a daily basis.

What he didn’t envision was to trend on the platform for a completely different reason: his scandalous Twitter likes. With over nine million followers, expect all eyes watching his every move, and unfortunately for Samuel, the internet noticed his NSFW favorites.

One thing we didn’t expect to see on a Wednesday night was Samuel L Jackson’s explicit Twitter likes. Loyal fans surfing his profile were hit with three racy clips due to its Public setting, which does not hide any favorite tweets, retweets, or media.

Content can only be hidden if it is on Private, but that means his tweets can only be accessed by those who already follow him, or he accepts new friend requests – it is not ideal for one of Hollywood’s most prominent actors.

It’s unclear whether the NSFW content was liked by the birthday boy himself, or his team, but at the time of writing, all three videos have been unliked and are no longer on his profile.

Countless eagle-eyed fans urged the actor to be more discreet before things went viral, but users soon screen-recorded his profile.
