Maliq Esse Drops New EP, “Katina”
From Annapolis, Maryland, Maliq Esse is a singer and rapper that takes pride in his lyricism and vocal skill, creating music in the Hip-Hop and R&B genres.
In 2015, Maliq Esse graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University. Shortly after, Maliq released a series of singles including I Need, What You Deserve, Yes, and Where I'll Be, two of which are featured on his 2019 EP The Imprint.
Maliq's latest project is another EP, a dedication to his mother, entitled KATINA. This project consists of six new tracks of the Hip-Hop and R&B genre, written and performed solely by him as Maliq believes in the authenticity of music. "Nobody gets to hold my brush," are his words that he lives by.
