GoTo Releases New Single, “Wanna Love Me”
Rahim Roberts, artistically known as “Go-To,” plans to revitalize R&B with his relatable rhythms. Born in North Philly, the artist attributes his soulful sound selections to the time he’s spent traveling between Atlanta and L.A. Go-To’s musical upbringing is also a major source of his talent, having been raised by a father who became known for helping native legends like Jill Scott and Musiq Soulchild synthesize their sounds.
Though he’s making the first dent in his own discography, his influence in the industry is already imprinted as a songwriter to the stars after tendering top tracks for artists like Tiffany Evans or Phora, who contributed to GoTo’s first #1 Album! On top of an assortment of major TV shows, including Lee Daniels’ “STAR” and Lena Waithe's “The Chi” just to name a couple. In terms of variety, Go-To’s debut single proves there are no boundaries within his creative reach. His care for his craft is apparent in the passion that rings through his resolved R&B rifts.
Still, in its definitive stage, Go-To’s R&B career is platformed with potential.
